Top low calorie foods I ate when losing weight

The top foods that I ate that were low in calories and helped me when I was hungry ! were:

French fries crisps - 80 calories a packet! I know they sound bad but they were great for cravings

Grapes for something sweet

Sugar Free Jellies

Rice Cakes

Low Fat cereal bars - especially those fortified with vitamins, if you aren't eating meat getting enough vitamin B12 is ESSENTIAL!

twister mini lollies

WAter ice lollies

carrots and salsa!

Diet drinks helped too
